IT specialist and web developer with a passion for structure and security

I hold a bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a focus on web development and IT security, completed in 2023. I'm currently pursuing a part-time master's degree in cybersecurity at Østfold University College. My thesis work, together with an external partner, is a threat intelligence dashboard that helps non-specialists in the public sector understand and act on cyber threats.

I thrive in structured environments and work systematically. My main project, an internal PWA used daily at my workplace, is built around small, single-purpose components, which keeps the codebase easy to test, review, and extend. My core technical skills are TypeScript, React, Next.js, and SQL, combined with a strong theoretical foundation in integration platforms and governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and GDPR.

Outside of studies and building, I run a self-hosted cybersecurity lab where I train SOC and incident response skills hands-on.

I work in Norwegian, English, and Arabic. Outside of tech I follow kode24 to keep up with the Norwegian dev scene, and I enjoy journaling, reading across genres, and watching Japanese anime to relax and recharge.
